GSE Promoter Agreement
1. Purpose
The Group Spin Entertainment Promoter Program is designed to collaborate with individuals who help promote and grow official GSE events, including GROOVELAND, RENDEZVOUS and future Group Spin Entertainment productions.
2. Application and Approval Process
Submitting a promoter application does not guarantee acceptance into the GSE Promoter Program.
Group Spin Entertainment reviews each application and determines approval based on experience, professionalism, network, availability and alignment with GSE events and brand standards.
Only approved promoters receive active promoter status and access to official event promotion opportunities.
3. Independent Promoter Relationship
Promoters participate as independent collaborators. Approval as a promoter does not create an employment relationship, partnership or authority to represent Group Spin Entertainment in business negotiations.
4. Promotion Responsibilities
Promoters agree to represent Group Spin Entertainment professionally and use approved event information, promotional materials and communication guidelines.
Promoters may not make unauthorized promises regarding tickets, guest lists, VIP access, artist appearances, venue arrangements or any other event benefits.
5. Promo Codes and Tracking
Approved promoters may request a preferred promo code. Group Spin Entertainment reserves the right to approve, modify or assign the final promo code used within the GSE platform.
Promo codes are used for tracking event registrations, guest activity and approved revenue generated through promoter efforts.
6. Event Assignments
Approval as a GSE promoter does not guarantee assignment to every event.
Group Spin Entertainment may invite approved promoters to specific events based on event requirements, performance history, audience alignment and availability.
7. Commission and Compensation
Commission opportunities are determined on an event-by-event basis. Compensation is based on verified results and approved revenue sources.
Guest list registrations alone do not automatically guarantee payment unless specifically approved in writing.
8. Guest List and Event Access
Promoters may not guarantee entry, VIP access, tables, artist access or special accommodations unless officially approved by Group Spin Entertainment.
9. Brand Standards
Promoters agree to maintain professional conduct when representing Group Spin Entertainment, including respectful interactions with guests, venues, artists and partners.
Unauthorized flyers, misleading promotions, misuse of GSE branding or inaccurate event information are prohibited.
10. No Authority to Represent GSE
Promoters may not negotiate contracts, agreements or business arrangements with venues, artists, sponsors or partners on behalf of Group Spin Entertainment unless written authorization is provided.
11. Marketing Content
Group Spin Entertainment may provide promotional materials and may use approved event-related content created or shared by promoters for marketing purposes.
12. Removal From Program
Group Spin Entertainment may suspend or remove promoter access due to inaccurate information, misuse of referral systems, fraudulent activity, inappropriate conduct or actions that negatively impact the GSE brand.
13. Acceptance
By submitting a promoter application, the applicant confirms that they have reviewed and accepted this agreement.
Agreement acceptance, version number and acceptance timestamp may be stored electronically as part of the GSE promoter application record.
